An objective thorough evaluation of your client’s records by the appropriate, practicing, specialist will be handled through our office providing you with a report on our letterhead. This report will explain if applicable standards were met and/or relate any subsequent damages to departures from accepted standards of care. Our fee is $1800.00 which will cover up to one inch of records. Additional charges will apply for voluminous records as well as expedited reviews. Additional charges may also apply for specialized medical fields. The average turn-around time on Case Evaluations is four to five weeks. We also handle expedited reviews for an added fee to be determined.
